We had a system outage on PreDesign, Sefaira and Add location from 10:28 BST to 10:38 BST today.

this was due to a configuration change that dropped all services before restarting. This was unexpected as deployments should retain service while being updated. We are investigating to fix the underlying issue to prevent this happening again.

Apologies for the disruption to our services.
